We look at the principles of effective leadership, who has the vision and drive to manage a proactive vibrant council? A knowledge of the rules/law is assumed before taking this course. Examining managing meetings, key relationships, dealing with conflict, and steering the council into delivering services for their community.

A full day from 9.30 am to 4.30pm.
