The NALC Model Financial Regulations have been updated. The previous version was issued in July 2019, these are replaced by the May 2024 version which is now available in the Members Area of our website together with guidance on their use.  NALC recommends you read the guidance before and during adaptation of the Regulations to the particular circumstances of your council.

Please ensure you review and revise your Financial Regulations on a regular basis and ensure they are up to date and fit for purpose.
